Job & Orienta. For almost thirty years JOB & Orienta has been enhancing and strengthening the dialogue between the world of education and the world of work. Today, more than ever, in the face of an ever-changing economic-production context and such a complex and difficult employment market, the close connection between the two universes has become necessary and indispensable. And it must be inspired and keep pace with global changes, as well as local ones. Precisely for this reason, the theme of this year, #illavorochevorrei, refers to the key words of the current debate on the skills to be trained looking to the future, the most useful and strategic for both young people and businesses. It is Europe itself that has indicated this for some time, urging us to transform our business and economy models: the 2030 Agenda Objectives for the UN’s sustainable development are its compass. JOB & Orienta in 2019 aims to confirm the results obtained in the last edition, with over 75 thousand visitors in the three days of the fair.

The program. In the three days a rich and articulated program of events: from conferences, debates and workshops dedicated to the most current issues and with prominent guests from the world of economics, politics and entrepreneurship, up to interactive laboratories, simulations, shows and moments of animation. Job & Orienta offers itself as a place of confrontation and exchange for professionals (school managers, teachers and trainers, career guidance and employment services), but also as an opportunity for school guidance for children and families and for recruiting for young people looking for work. Among the great institutional guests expected, the Minister of Labor and Social Policies Nunzia Catalfo, the Deputy Minister of Education, University and Research Anna Ascani, the president of the Veneto Region Luca Zaia, the president of Confindustria Moda Claudio Marenzi and the national general secretary Cisl Scuola Maddalena Gissi.
