The 2020 edition of the AI Forum is underway

The digital version event dedicated to the role of artificial intelligence for businesses will offer many panels and speakers, including Cristina Pozzi

The digital edition of AI Forum 2020 will start on Tuesday 3 November starting at 9:00 am, the event organized by AIxIA (Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence) which aims to highlight the opportunities and challenges that technology leads to the Italian and international market. At the end of the day, a round table to rethink the role of AI in safeguarding the health of our planet which will also be attended by Cristina Pozzi, CEO of Impactscool.

 

A full day. Roberto Viola, Director General of the European Commission, will open the morning’s work, moderated by Pepe Moder, presenter of Radio24, with a welcome greeting to all the guests in the room, followed by Giuseppe Borghi, Director of PhiLab – ESA. Piero Poccianti, President of AIxIA, will then illustrate the state of the art of Artificial Intelligence and the need for an open infrastructure for laboratories and companies without forgetting a look beyond national borders by introducing Michela Milano, full professor at the Department of Informatics – Science and Engineering at the University of Bologna, and Alessandro Speruti, Full Professor at the Department of Mathematics at the University of Padua who will talk about IJCAI-ECAI 2022 and WCCI 2022 respectively.

 

AI for our planet. At the end of the conference there will be a round table “What can Artificial Intelligence do for people and the planet?” dedicated to the theme of sustainability and the contribution of AI in a new economic vision in support of the well-being of man and the biosphere that characterizes the spaceship in which we live in which it will take part, as well as Filomena Maggino, Director of the “Benessere Italia ”Of the Conte government, Giuseppe Borghi, Director of PhiLab – ESA, Piero Poccianti, president of AIxIA and Walter Rizzi, Partner of the Milan office of McKinsey & Company, also Cristina Pozzi, CEO of Impactscool.
