MIT has issued 111 new digital diplomas using the blockchain

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has used blockchain technology to deliver digital degrees to more than 100 new graduates as part of a pilot project. In an announcement, MIT explained that certificates were issued via an application called Blockcerts Wallet, which allows graduates to safely share a verifiable digital version of their diplomas with potential employers.
