A European synergy for artificial intelligence

The ongoing emergency is making it even more evident how necessary a European approach to AI development is. We talked about it with Emanuela Girardi in a new episode of "20 minutes from the future"
Among the technologies active in the fight against Covid-19, artificial intelligence is playing a leading role: from processing data for research to its use to study and manage the evolution of infections, systems based on AI are making a big contribution. At the same time, however, a European approach to the use and development of this technology, which is democratic, sustainable and ethical, is becoming increasingly necessary. We talked about it with Emanuela Girardi, founder of the Pop Ai – Popular Artificial intelligence association, a member of the MISE expert pool on artificial intelligence and a member of the Italian team of CLAIRE, a European ecosystem for AI.
